This matter has been listed for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Paragraph 5, Line 2 1/3

of the order, the word "Poonamallee" has been wrongly mentioned instead of "Dharapuram".

3. The Registry is directed to delete the word "Poonamallee", reflected in Paragraph 5, Line 2 of the order and substitute the same with "Dharapuram".

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
