Learned Counsel Mr.Vijaya Raghavan submits that he is not on Vakalat for the Respondent.

2. Registry is directed to remove the name of the learned Counsel M/s.Vijaya Raghavan, Annakodi and Kalpana from the cause list and instead print the name of the party concerned.

3. Party-in-Person/ Plaintiff seeks time to deposit the amount as per the judgment in Appeal in A.S.Nos.842, 663 of 2018 and A.S.No.175 of 2019 by common judgment dated 24.04.2024. Considering the special circumstances stated by the Party-in-Person that his wife expired and he had spent for the treatment for the ailment of his wife and hence he is unable to deposit the amount within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

4. This Court grants time as requested by the Party-in-Person/ Plaintiff even though objected by the Respondent-1 in A.S.No.842 of 2018.
