This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, by an order, dated 9.10.2023 in Crl.MP.No.2268 of 2023 in Crime No.168 of 2023, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Komaralingam Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders. Time is extended to execute the sureties till 15.11.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.
