Crl.M.P.No.17307 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.53943 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.02.2024, the learned counsel for petitioner produced the copy of the receipt for depositing Rs.25,000/- before the Famil Court, Coimbatore. The copy of the same served to the learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for respondent has got no objection to condone the delay.

2.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

3.The respondent is directed to file a memo before the learned Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore to receive the amount deposited by the petitioner without further reference to the petitioner.
