Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the Second Respondent in his vide proceedings No. 677/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 13.10.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to produce the Detenue Thiru. G. Prem Kumar, S/o. Gajapathy, aged about 34 years before this Court, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, and set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Premukumar S/o. Gajapathi, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings BCDFGISSSV No. 677/2019 dated 13.10.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.4932 dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
