Representation been given by the petitioner herein on 29.09.2023 to the respondent police for protection, apprehending danger at the hands of his daughter in law and her paramour.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the enquiry was conducted and parties have given statement that they will work out their remedy before the appropriate Court.

3. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
