This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation to grant compensation under Chief Minister Accident Relief Fund.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's elder daughter one Sarithabai died in a road accident on 01.12.2016, and thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent seeking for a relief under the Chief Minister Accident Relief Fund on 07.08.2017. But, so far, no order has been passed in the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
