Common Prayer :- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2019 to re-determine the compensation for the petitioner's lands acquired by the respondents at No.75, Kakkalur Village, Thiruvallur District, Thiruttani Taluk, in Survey Nos.132/3B measuring to an extent of 2381 square meters; Survey Nos.30/4 measuring to an extent of 2250 square meters; Survey Nos.133/5-B measuring to an extent of 2324 square meters; Survey Nos.136/1A2 & 136/1A3 measuring to an extent of 1437 square meters; Survey Nos.136/1B1B & 136/1B1B (Addl) measuring to an extent of 664 square meters, respectively, as Rs.19380/- per Sq.mts., in terms of similar order dated 14.11.2017 in Rc.No.435/2017/Unit-IV passed by the second respondent for adjacent lands.

For R1 & R2 : Mr.G.Ameedius Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2019 to re-determine the compensation for the petitioner's lands acquired by the respondents at No.75, Kakkalur Village, Thiruvallur District, Thiruttani Taluk, as Rs.19380/- per Sq.mts., in terms of similar order dated 14.11.2017 in Rc.No.435/2017/Unit-IV passed by the second respondent for adjacent lands.

Heard Mr.J.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 in all Writ Petitions. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petitions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2019, and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the petitioners, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
