The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences registered under Sections 294(b), 332, 307 of IPC, in Crime No.530 of 2023 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner A2 along with A1 had poured kerosene on the back of the defacto complainant and set fire and he suffered 25% of burn injuries. 3.It must be noted that the defacto complainant is the husband of A1.

4.The anticipatory bail in such case would not lie and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
