PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from implementing the panel seniority issued by the second respondent vide Proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3270/W1/E1/19 dated 19.06.2019 based on the objection submitted by the petitioner dated 24.06.2019 and consequently directing the 1/4
respondents to prepare panel seniority based on the Rank assigned by the third respondent Board in each selection separately by considering the petitioner Rank No.5 in 2002 selection list and grant promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Head Master.
