This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20122 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023 with on condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders".

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
