For Petitioner : No Appearance (in both CRPs) For Respondent : Mr.D.Ravindranathan (in both CRPs) COMMON ORDER When these Civil Revision Petitions were posted for hearing on 21.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the Registry was directed to list these matters under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 22.02.2024. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

It is also seen from the records that the civil revision petitions were already dismissed for non-prosecution on 17.10.2022 itself and thereafter, the petitioner filed applications to restore the same. The said applications were allowed and the civil revision petitions were restored to file. The conduct of the petitioner shows he is not interested in prosecuting the matters.
