O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th Respondent to enquire and to register the complaint as to the theft and the practice of Katta Panchayat and banishment of petitioner and his family from village by Kattapanchayat dated 20.06.2016.

It is seen that the petitioner has sought for a direction to the fourth respondent to register a complaint regarding practice of katta panchayat and banishment of petitioner from his village, but such prayer cannot be considered by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
