This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21914 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Special Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act Cases, Puducherry on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further order.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21914 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. without fail.
