Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the eighth respondent and to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
