Heard Mr. R. Srinivasa Rao, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to consider the representation dated 04.09.2019 made by the Petitioner to issue Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner as wife of the deceased Rajkumar, who died on 15.08.2019.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the online application made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner was rejected on the ground that the deceased Rajkumar had already been married and that the Petitioner cannot be treated as second wife. He has also filed a memo to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 4.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to her to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
