ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2017 wherein the petitioner has sought for a separate patta for the land measuring 7 & 1⁄2 cents in survey No.17/11 at Vadamangalam Village, Krishnagiri District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the 7 1⁄2 cents of land and a representation was made to the second respondent on 11.12.2017 to issue a separate patta for the said land. Further case of the petitioner is that the second respondent issued a notice based on the representation made by the petitioner and the petitioner appeared before the second respondent and submitted all the records. The second respondent had also directed the third respondent to conduct an inspection and submit a report that was followed up by the third respondent by directing the fifth and sixth respondents to conduct the survey and inspection.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that thereafter, nothing moved and everything is kept pending. Therefore, the petitioner made one more representation and since no action was taken on the representation made by the petitioner, present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking appropriate directions.
4. Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, Government Advocate for the respondents.

third respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 11.12.2017 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of reciept of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with the copy of the respresentation made on 11.12.2017 and all supporting documents and also a copy of this order.
