ORDER

The present revision has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tambaram.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that though the suit has been filed only in the year 2025, the suit is only for a bare permanent injunction and the petitioner, who is the defendant in the said suit in O.S.No.29 of 2025 has already filed written statement and issues are also framed and the petitioner would co-operate with the trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit. Learned counsel further submits that, the District Munsif Court, Tambaram is formed recently after bifurcation and only few suits are pending. Hence, it would suffice, if this Court issues appropriate direction to the learned District Munsif, Tambaram for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2025, pending on its file.

4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Tambaram to expedite the trial in O.S.No.29 of 2025 and shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.11.2025, after hearing the parties.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
