This petition has been filed to order substituted service to the respondents 1 and 5 viz., M.K.Shanmugam and M/s Kumar Enterprises, by paper publication in one issue of " Malai Murasu" .

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as for as the first respondent is concerned, already one Mr.S.Kumara Ganesan has entered appearance and hence, he seeks to order for substituted service in respect of R5 alone.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the 5th respondent by way of paper publication in the daily newspaper ' Malai Murasu ', which has wide circulation in the locality of Thottapalaym, Vellore, where the 5th respondent company is situated, by mentioning the date of hearing as 08.09.2025.

5. List the matter on 08.09.2025.
