This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 22.11.2022, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.N. Balamuralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.I. John Arockiadas, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Aggrieved by the order dated 02.11.2022 passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 22.11.2022.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 22.11.2022, within a 2/5

time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 22.11.2022, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
