This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the publication wind by the 2nd Respondent through website on 30.06.2017 on the non Section of Petitions candidature with roll No.12TE24156012 for the post of graduate teacher (B.T. Assistant) for the year of 2012 in History and quash the same and direct the 2nd Respondent to issue appointment order to Petitioner for the post of graduate teacher (B.T.Assistant) in History.
