Mr.E.Thiyaga, learned Counsel on record appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2022 filed before the learned Family Judge, Perambalur was dismissed on April 29, 2024. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
