3. Despite the receipt of notice, the respondent Nos.4,7,8,9 and 13 neither appeared nor entered appearance through their counsel.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition, which is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, is ordered.
