Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. No.6193/ A1/ 2009 dated 21.06.2010 and order passed in Appeal by the Second Respondent in Na.Ka. No.20770/ E4/ 2010 dated 06.2011 and the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. (4D) No.20 School Education (Elementary 1(2)) Department dated 22.08.2016 and quash the same with the consequential direction directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in to service with all attendance and monetary benefits.
