The petitioners seek extension of time granted for depositing 50% of the decree amount as a condition for grant of stay vide order dated 24.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would vehemently oppose the same.

However, considering the reasons assigned and the fact that the petitioner has moved a special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the interim order and had suffered a dismissal, the time granted by order dated 24.07.2023 is extended by four (4) weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extensions will be granted.
