ORDER

Despite the matter being listed today under the caption 'for orders' on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the respondent on the last hearing date, even today, there is no appearance on the side of the 1/4

respondent. Hence, I proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is the wife in the matrimonial proceedings pending before the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur. The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.2051 of 2021 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Seerkazhi. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. The petitioner has made out a prima facie case for transfer on the ground of inconvenience to attend the proceedings before the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur.

4.In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.2051 of 2021 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur and transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Seerkazhi. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 04.06.2025 ata 2/4
