This petition has been filed to grant leave to prefer Criminal Appeal against the order of acquittal dated 14.10.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial level, Tiruvallur in STC No.67/2022.

2. Mr.Amar D.Pandiya, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent has not raised any serious objection to allow the petition

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
