These petitions have been filed (i) to declare the petitioners 3 & 4 / Appellants 4 & 5 as Major and discharge the 2nd appellant from guardianship in the above second appeal (ii) to bring on record the 5th petitioner herein as 6th appellant and respondents 13 to 15 herein as respondents 14 to 16 as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant, along with appellants 3 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter after two weeks.
