This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the review application.

2.The miscellaneous petitioner is the writ petitioner in W.P.No.17529 of 2015. He filed the said writ petition challenging the order of the Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies dated 13.05.2015, wherein and whereby, his request for reverting him back to the parent department was rejected. Consequently, the petitioner sought for a direction to the said respondent to relieve the petitioner from the post of Junior Inspector, Office of the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Society Campus, District Collectorate, Dharmapuri and for the petitioner to be absorbed in the office of the sixth respondent to the post of Village Administrative Officer.

3. This Court, after hearing both parties, allowed the writ petition and set aside the impugned order also with a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to get back to his parent department as Village Administrative Officer.

4.Having succeeded in his writ petition as stated supra, the petitioner has sought to review the said order by contending that he has changed http://www.judis.nic.in

VRI his mind and thus, he is willing to serve in the cooperative department itself. I do not think that the petitioner is entitled to maintain the review petition based on his change of mind. Therefore, I find that the very review petition itself is not maintainable and consequently, the delay condonation petition is dismissed.
