O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct a further investigation in C.C.No.3007 of 2019 on the file of the Special Magistrate Court, Tirupur.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent Police had deleted the names of few accused who are named in the FIR; that the Police had conducted an investigation in a biased manner; and that no notice was given to the petitioner / defacto complainant regarding the fact that certain accused were left out in the final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case was subsequently transferred to the file of the learned Judicial 2/5

Magistrate I, Tiruppur and re-numbered as S.T.C.No.2233 of 2020. Thereafter, the proceedings were stopped under Section 258 of Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that there are no proceedings pending, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observation, the petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
