Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 5 to survey the land comprised in the Survey Nos.662/1 measuring to an extent of 50 cents out of 1.12.0 hectares and another portion of land in same survey number measuring to an extent of 1.30 acres and in S.No.663/1B measuring to an extent of 13 cents out of 0.09.0 hectares situated at Bargur Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to demarcate boundaries and to fix the boundary stones with police protection based on the application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2021 within a stipulated time.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 5 to survey the land comprised in the Survey No.662/1 measuring to an extent of 50 cents out of 1.12.0 hectares and another portion of land in same survey number measuring to an extent of 1.30 acres and in S.No.663/1B measuring to an extent of 13 cents out of 0.09.0 2/5
hectares situated at Bargur Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to demarcate boundaries and to fix the boundary stones with police protection based on the application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2021 within a stipulated time.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject properties and she made representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the properties and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of 3/5
