O R D E R

Challenging the order of the Execution Court rejecting the application filed by the petitioner/tenant under Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, and directing the respondent/decree holder to file batta for recovery of possession, the present revision has been filed. 2.The matter was referred to mediation by order dated 25.02.2025. Now, it is reported by the learned counsel on either side that mediation has completed and the parties have arrived at a settlement. The Mediator has filed a report enclosing the Memorandum of Compromise, dated 03.04.2025, entered into by the parties, agreeing upon the terms stipulated therein. The parties have signed in the memorandum of compromise in the presence of their respective counsel. The Memorandum of Compromise, dated 03.04.2025, is taken on record.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into by the parties, dated 03.04.2025. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 03.04.2025 shall form part of the order. No costs.
