This petition has been to grant Adinterim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents, servants and subordinates from alienating or otherwise encumbering the properties, more fully set out hereunder, pending disposal of this Second Appeal.

2. Admittedly, the respondents are in possession and enjoyment of the property as per the Panchayat agreement.

Therefore, the petitioners failed to make out prima facie case for interim relief.

3. Considering the above, the civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
