O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 49, 329(4), 137(2) r/w 62 of BNS altered as Sections 49, 62, 331(4) and 140(4) of BNS, in Crime No.293 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who was employed under the defacto complainant, being aggrieved by disengagement along with two other accused had right to abduct the defacto complainant from the factory premises. Hence, a case has been registered for the offence under Sections 49, 329(4), 137(2) r/w 62 of BNS altered as Sections 49, 62, 331(4) and 140(4) of BNS. The petitioner and another accused had fled from the scene of occurrence, while one of the accused was apprehended by the other co-worker in the factory.

3. This Court on considering the nature of the offence at the scene of occurrence, is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
