ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, and hence, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned as and when necessity arises.

2.Granting such liberty to the petitioner this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
