The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first and second respondents herein to take necessary action on petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2022 to provide Police Protection Andhra Social & Cultural Association.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no need for police protection as of now. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to dismiss the petition as not necessary.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not necessary. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
