Respondents Prayer : Suo Motu Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India pursuant to the order passed in A.No.1806 & 2754 of 2019 in O.P.No.204 of 2016 dated 06.09.2019 and the Report filed by Amicus Curiae, the Additional Advocate General dated 03.08.2019, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and constitute a State Private Detective Regulatory Board or an Authority to regulate the role and functions of the Private Detective Agencies and to regular their profession which involves basic human rights of the

individuals subjected to surveillance by such agencies and file a report before this Court.
