PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the repsondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 in A.S.No.777 of 2019 pending before this Court against the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.10/2018 dated 14.10.2019 passed by the Learned III Additional District Court, Thirupattur.

O R D E R
The apprehension of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 to 3 are interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, in connection with which an appeal suit in A.S.No.777 of 2019 is pending before this Court as against the decree in O.S.No.10 of 2018 touching upon the subject property.
2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no complaint pending before the respondent police and that in connection with an apprehension of disturbance of public tranquility, the proceedings are pending before the Executive Magistrate alone and as such, the petitioner's apprehension that respondent police are interfering in a civil dispute is far fetched. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, also submits that the respondent police have no intention to interfere in the civil dispute.
3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner herein cannot have any apprehension of interference from the respondent police.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
