O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 04.06.2024 made in W.A.No.3464 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for R2 would submit that against the order of this Court dated 04.06.2024, Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.45833 of 2024 has been preferred and an interim order of stay has been obtained on 12.12.2025.
