The application has been filed to extend the time for execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 19.01.2024 in O.P.No.303 of 2023.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time for execution of security bond is extended till 04.12.2024.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
