ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of what is stated in the letter dated 16.01.2025 from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the time to dispose of S.A.No.579 of 2023 is extended.

2. The Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai, shall endeavour to dispose of the said securitisation application by 31.05.2025.

3. Mr.Kishore Balasubramanian states that petitioner will file a copy of this order within one week in the Registry of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai. Statement is accepted.
