This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders in the date of order dated 19.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25345 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
