O R D E R

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 417 and 420 of I.P.C and Section 81, 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the three sons of Jayaram. It is alleged in the present complaint that the petitioners have purchased the disputed property based on the forged document.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the Commissioner's Office petition is pending for enquiry and if the petitioners participate in the enquiry, there is no necessity to take any any coercive steps.

4. Recording the above submission, these Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners herein to participate in the enquiry on receipt of the summons. On such participation, the respondent police 3/5

shall complete the enquiry within a period of 21 days from today and shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners unless and until any serious cognizable offence is made out.
