Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamuus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the powers conferred under Section 68 (2) of the Wakf Act based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2019.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the First and Second Respondents to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the powers conferred under Section 68(2) of the Waqf Act, 1995, based on the representation dated 15.10.2019 made by the Petitioner.

Mr. M. Karthikeyan Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First, Second and Fifth Respondents, on instructions, states that enquiry has been fixed on the aforesaid representation at 11.00 a.m. on 21.11.2019 before the Second Respondent and has produced a copy of notice no. M.C.86/2019/Aa1 dated 04.11.2019 issued to all parties concerned for the same.

Recording the aforesaid action taken, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
