The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(B), 506(2), 126(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petition is for anticipatory bail, stating Crime No.Not Known of 2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, states that due to property dispute, a petition has been received against the petitioners and the enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the above facts, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police on receipt of the summons. On such co-operation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps unless and until serious cognizable offences are made out. 01.09.2025 dna 2/4
