(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The Petitioner has made an Application dated 08.08.2019 to the Respondent herein, seeking issuance of Community Certificate for his children. As the same is yet to be issued, the Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 2.
Though a larger relief has been sought by the Petitioner, taking note of the fact that the Application made by the Petitioner is pending consideration with the Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur, Dharmapuri District, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Application dated 08.08.2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
