This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20339 of 2023, by an order dated 15.9.2023, in para 7 the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Pallavaram, within a period of six weeks.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC), Tambaram.

Two weeks time is granted to comply the condition. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
