(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner made representations to the first respondent on on 16.09.2019 and 14.10.2019 expressing his grievance over the proposed erection of cell phone tower in the residential areas. Seeking appropriate action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Inasmuch as the petitioner's representation is pending consideration, without going into the merits of the case, we call upon the first respondent to look into the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
