ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.Aa1/938/2021 dated 25.06.2021 as illegal and violative and for a direction to reconsider the Cancellation of Appointment to the post of Village Assistant and appoint the petitioner vide Appointment Order date13.03.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.Aa3/3148/2020 in view of the petitioner representation dated 10.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would 2/5

submit that the writ petition filed by similarly placed persons challenging the cancellation of their appointment has been quashed by this Court and this Writ Petition has also been filed challenging the cancellation of the appointment of the petitioner.

3. I have perused the entire materials available on record. Though the counter has not been filed, this Court in the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.6220, 30530 and 30979 of 2022 has passed a detailed Order and the same is applicable to the petitioners also.

4. In such view of the matter, the impugned Order passed by the second respondent dated 25.06.2021 is quashed and this Writ Petition is allowed permitting the petitioner to join in his place of appointment, pursuant to the appointment Order dated 13.02.2021. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 25.07.2023 Index:Yes/No 3/5
