Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to suspension order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceeding No.Ma.Va.Aa.Na.Ka.No.Aa4/8301/2017 dated 10.11.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for both sides concur on the position that subsequent to interim order dated 22.12.2017 staying the operation of order of suspension passed by the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent dated 10.11.2017, the petitioner has been reinstated and is currently in service. Moreover, the suspension was itself based upon a FIR, which has been closed and further action dropped as per the Order of the Principal Special Judge for CBI cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, dated 25.09.2018.

2.Thus, nothing survives as far as the the impugned order of suspension is concerned and the same is set aside. 3.The Writ Petition is closed, as is the connected Miscellaneous Petition. No costs.
